* Until further notice we will not be accepting returns on PPE (examples: masks, gloves, face shields, respirators and all other PPE), Paper Products, Cleaners and Disinfectants.

You can return or exchange your item by mail or at any of our retail locations, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, by phone or in a Tacoma Screw Products store. If you need to return by mail please call our customer service center and speak with one of our representatives. Please note that unless the product(s) you received was the result of an error on the part of Tacoma Screw Products, Inc. you are responsible for the return shipping charges. You can return products to any of our branch store locations at no charge.
