How much is shipping?
The shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page based on the shipping method you select.
The shipping cost that displays at checkout is only an estimate. The correct shipping charges will be applied during fulfillment.
What does "Estimated Tax to be collected" mean?
The sales tax indicated on the checkout form and order confirmation email is an estimate. The sales tax ultimately charged to your credit card or Tacoma Screw Products account will be calculated when your credit card charge is authorized and will reflect applicable state and local taxes.
How do we ship our products?
By default your order will be shipped ground via the selected carrier and be delivered in approximately 5 business days as indicated at checkout.
Priority and Expedited shipping options speed up the processing of your order but are not guaranteed shipping/handling options. We are not able to offer Priority and Expedited shipping options on some large-quantity or multiple-item orders.
Overnight shipping is the only guaranteed shipping method and overnight orders must be placed by phone before 12:00pm PST M-F and will incur additional, non-refundable costs. Also note that not all Tacoma Screw Products items are available for expedited shipping. Please call if you have any questions.
We do offer "Will Call" as a pick-up method at any of our branch locations. If you would like to pickup your order via "Will Call" please indicate which branch you would like to pick up at during checkout. "Will Call" orders will be available for pick up next day when placed by 3:00pm PST.
When will my order get processed?
Your order will be processed within 24hrs when received on a business day. Tacoma Screw Products, Inc operates Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm PST. Operations are closed on all major US Holidays.
