* Until further notice, we will not be accepting returns on PPE (masks, gloves, face shields, respirators, etc.), paper products, cleaners, or disinfectants.

You can return or exchange your item by mail or at any of our retail locations, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, by phone, or in a Tacoma Screw Products store. If you need to return by mail, please call our customer service center and speak with a representative.

Unless the product you received was the result of an error on the part of Tacoma Screw Products, Inc., you are responsible for return shipping charges. You can return products to any of our branch store locations at no charge.

Include a copy of your receipt, invoice, or packing list. If you no longer have one of these, include a letter with the following information:

• Name
• Account number (if applicable)
• Order number
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
• When, where, and by whom the purchase was made
• Reason for the return
• Purchase price of the item(s)
• Whether you would like an exchange, repair, refund, or bankcard credit
