You can return or exchange your purchase at any of our 21 branch locations or by mail. The fastest, free option is bringing it to a branch.

You cover return shipping
If a branch isn't convenient, you can ship the item back to our Returns Department. Call our customer service team first to start the process and get instructions.
Returning by mail

Three steps to a mail return.

If you're returning by mail, follow these steps so we can process your return quickly. If your return is the result of a Tacoma Screw error, we cover the shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.

Call to start the return
Call 1-800-562-8192 and speak with a customer service representative. They'll walk you through what's needed and confirm next steps.

Pack your return with documentation
Include a copy of your receipt, invoice, or packing list. If you no longer have one, include a letter with the details listed on the right.

Insure and ship
Insure the package for your protection, then ship it via UPS to our Returns Department at the address below.

  • Your name
  • Account number, if applicable
  • Order number
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • When, where, and by whom the purchase was made
  • Reason for the return
  • Purchase price of the item(s)
  • Whether you'd like an exchange, repair, refund, or bankcard credit

Items we cannot accept for return

Until further notice, we are not accepting returns on PPE (masks, gloves, face shields, respirators, etc.), paper products, cleaners, or disinfectants.
